Join us for the Countdown to the Holidays Wellness Challenge. Tomorrow's challenge is: Complete at least 30 minutes of exercise. Examples include: walk with friends or your dog for 30 minutes or more, go to a fitness class of your choice, aqua jog or do water aerobics, swim, run/walk for 30 minutes (2 minutes running/1 minute walking x 10), do the elliptical machine or stair climber, weed the garden, rake leaves or mow the lawn.
