Current Openings:

We are seeking a Sr Research Analyst whose qualifications include at least 5 years' research project management experience with business-to-business contact and a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience. This position will manage research projects as well as design and implement a wide range of research methodologies and studies. Position is responsible for methodological consulting and teaching, oversight of the Brooks Adams Research Call Center, and for the development and management of the Brooks Adams Research online research site, SeniorSurvey.com (and its subsidiary sites, Researching.com, Boomer.com, GenX.com, etc). Available position requires relocation to Richmond, VA along with some out-of-state travel.

We are seeking an Account Manager whose qualifications include at least four years of marketing and/or advertising agency experience. Prior experience and understanding of all aspects of the senior living sales and marketing arena a plus. This position serves as primary contact between client and Agency on daily basis, and coordinate internally to facilitate work needed by the client. Also assists with the development of strategic marketing plans and works collaboratively with Agency Principal as well as participates in new business development efforts as needed. Available position requires relocation to Richmond, VA along with some out-of-state travel working to positively position national clients’ products and/or services in highly competitive marketplaces.

We are looking for an experienced Copywriter with an in depth knowledge of the 50+ market. The copywriter will work in a team environment to develop high quality content/copy for a variety of mediums (print, broadcast, direct mail, digital and other forms of communication) within branding standards. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or related field is required. A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience with a solid advertising background is needed. Experience working in print, collateral, radio, TV, and digital is needed.

We are looking for a Web Developer to work closely with the Interactive Strategist, Lead Developer and expanded web development team to discuss new projects, perform needs assessments and build or maintain static and database-driven websites. All work must follow established agency standards and protocols, and be performed using current/predicted HTML, PHP and CSS methods to ensure multi-browser compatibility and optimal functionality for the end-user, while meeting/exceeding the expectations of the project, including goals, timelines and budgets.
