Maybe it’s the more than one hundred 1886-vintage sunflowers that adorn the fireplaces, staircases and trim work at SB&A’s historic downtown Richmond location. Then again, maybe it’s the relaxed atmosphere, high standard of mutual respect and integrity or the larger-than-life dry-erase wall. It could be the lower blood pressure levels that our dog-friendly office fosters or the constant availability of snacks, candy and milk bones.
Then again it could be the creative synergy and open forum for ideas that make it fun to be a part of the SB&A team. Whatever it is, our culture and environment attract and retain great people who enable us, each day, to find creative solutions to meet clients’ goals.
