History

Twenty-eight years ago, Sharon Brooks founded Sharon Brooks & Associates, Inc. as a one-person, one-client agency. In celebration of the contributions of more than 100 people who have worked for the firm we celebrated our 20th anniversary by changing the name to SB&A Integrated Marketing. Over the years, SB&A has grown to a 35-person company offering a full range of services under one roof including: marketing, sales training and sales management, consulting, interactive, branding, advertising and public relations.

In the early ‘90s SB&A added a research division, and in 1998, the division was spun off as Brooks Adams Research, LLC (BAR). BAR has recently added another entity, Brooks Adams Customer Service (BACS), which specializes in outbound calling services.

Over the years, our team has been fortunate to work on fascinating accounts with talented clients and colleagues who have shaped SB&A’s philosophy about business and collaboration. These rich experiences have given us the knowledge and foresight to move confidently into a rapidly changing future.
