Fund development company to focus on senior living communities
Richmond, Va. (October 23, 2009)—The economic downturn has affected every facet of business in the United States, including the nonprofit sector of the senior living industry. 3B Fund Development Group (3B) has been formed in response to a crucial need in this industry to gather and grow substantial funds internally to finance retirement communities’ key needs, including new construction projects, major repairs or other specific needs, which at one time had been financed by outside means.
Richmond, Va. (May 5, 2009)—SB&A was a two-time winner at the 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Awards. The program, presented by the National Association of Homebuilders, recognizes excellence in building, design, and marketing of housing for the 50+ consumer.
SB&A took home silver in the “Best Website for a 50+ Housing Community” with a design for Providence at Heritage Shores located in Bridgeville, DE. Judges described Heritage Shores’ website as “great, engaging, simple and easy” in addition to “innovative, fun and upbeat.”
Richmond, Va. (August 14, 2008)—SB&A was a winner at the 17th annual National Mature Media Awards. The program, presented by the Mature Market Resource Center, a national clearinghouse for the senior market, recognizes the nation’s finest advertising, marketing and educational materials designed and produced for older adults.
SB&A won several awards in the Housing Division, including two silver, one bronze and four merit awards. (See attached sheet for information on each project and category, as well as the names of those who worked on each project.)
