Richmond, VA (January 21, 2011)—Brooks Adams Research (BAR) has selected Connie Mattox as chief executive officer of the company. Mattox, a former consumer insights manager for Ukrop’s and member of the 2011 graduating class of the University of Richmond’s MBA program, will assume the role immediately. Prior to the announcement, she was research consultant for BAR.

The photo headline, "Topping Off Ceremony" was followed by a caption that read, “Steel workers connect a steel girder during a topping off ceremony at a new section of the Whitney Center [expansion] Tuesday on Leeder Hill Drive in Hamden.”
Fund development company to focus on senior living communities

Richmond, Va. (May 5, 2009)—SB&A was a two-time winner at the 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Awards. The program, presented by the National Association of Homebuilders, recognizes excellence in building, design, and marketing of housing for the 50+ consumer.
SB&A took home silver in the “Best Website for a 50+ Housing Community” with a design for Providence at Heritage Shores located in Bridgeville, DE. Judges described Heritage Shores’ website as “great, engaging, simple and easy” in addition to “innovative, fun and upbeat.”
Richmond, Va. (August 14, 2008)—SB&A was a winner at the 17th annual National Mature Media Awards. The program, presented by the Mature Market Resource Center, a national clearinghouse for the senior market, recognizes the nation’s finest advertising, marketing and educational materials designed and produced for older adults.
