Leadership Spotlight: Alycia Winter
Alycia Winter, Senior Account Manager
Alycia Winter joined SB&A as an Account Manager in March 2008, bringing with her more than 10 years of advertising, marketing and special event experience.
A graduate of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY with a BA in Advertising/Communications, Alycia has worked for several advertising agencies including Grey Worldwide in New York City. Previously she managed a variety of accounts including: Panasonic, Virginia Economic Development Partnership, the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation, Dominion Resources and more.
Recently, Alycia earned a promotion to Senior Account Manager at SB&A. She has been instrumental in Whitney Center’s success— reaching an aggressive pre-sales goal, which has culminated in the groundbreaking of the Renaissance Expansion in a challenging economic environment. Alycia also excels in event planning and management. This fall, in addition to orchestrating the Whitney Center groundbreaking, she led the team coordinating the groundbreaking of a visionary new center for children and families developed by the Robins Foundation, as well as numerous senior living events that have consistently been credited as key factors in converting leads to sales.
In addition to managing a variety of accounts and projects, Alycia is instrumental in staff training, helping to teach new Account Managers about effective client service, best practices, and SB&A-specific systems and protocols.
Outside of SB&A, Alycia enjoys watching professional football, especially the New York Giants. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, and 9-month-old daughter Finley.
