Moving Homebuyers to a New Orbit – the 288 Development Corridor
Route 288 in Richmond, VA is a new highway that connects both sides of the James River, creating a totally new connection between the West End and Chesterfield/Midlothian, and a new development corridor as well. This development corridor runs north and south rather than east and west, and connects new corporate and retail centers, a community college and hospitals to surrounding residential communities. SB&A worked with Gray Land and Development Company, L.L.C. to promote its newest community, Founders Bridge, a 450-home golf course community at the center of this new development corridor. To help prospective buyers understand the new traffic pattern SB&A created a campaign featuring an illustration showing the community’s location in the center of the corridor and its proximity to popular Richmond destinations via Route 288.
