The leadership group of SB&A is marked by the diverse backgrounds and varying specialties of its members, but all share a commitment to put the very best thinking to work for our clients.
Sharon A. Brooks, President and CEO, founded Sharon Brooks & Associates, Inc., (the precursor to SB&A) in 1981. Among Sharon’s many areas of expertise are strategic planning, marketing audits, and development services such as architectural review and pricing analyses.
Robert T. Adams, Sr., Vice President, combines his extensive knowledge of the senior living industry with an expertise in the very latest consumer research techniques.
Wayne T. Hicks, Vice President, is a veteran of McCabe & Company in New York. Wayne’s specialties include marketing strategy, branding, account planning, and benchmarking.
Fay M. Brodell, Chief Financial Officer, is a Certified Public Accountant with a background in both business consulting and education.
Beth Simos, Director of Operations, offers expertise in a wide variety of disciplines, including advertising, branding, internal/external communications, direct marketing, strategic market planning, public relations, human resource development and operations.
Daisey Sanders, Production Manager, brings more than 35 years of experience to her role overseeing all aspects of the production process. |
